you have to download the OLD version through this link, install it,then navigate to "About Google Chrome", then press update.

during the update process, Google Chrome will place a temp installer dir in %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Google\Update\Download,
you got to watch it , because it will only appear for a while (about 30 secs), then copy it out.

after these, you will get an up-to-date standalone installer of Google Chrome.
