快速移除整個目錄（含子目錄）裡所有檔案的BOM

我用這程式用了兩個月了，讚！

不過今天才去特別找出來源：

自动移除文件中的 utf-8 bom的小程式

直接放在根目錄執行就會直接 recursive 進所有子目錄，直接移除所有檔案的BOM了～超好用
